Returns & Exchanges

AFTCO is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn apparel with original tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your adventures on the water.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
